Karen's programs uses the NASM OPT™ model.  OPT™ has been extremely successful in helping clients from diverse populations reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and strength, and improve overall health and performance.

How does "online training" work?  You will use the NASM Edge App which provides an effective fitness system at your fingertips that can be used for home-based or health club workouts. Based on your assessments, you will receive weekly updates to your customized program. The app also provides a calorie and a macronutrient calculator to help keep you at your ideal weight. In addition, the NASM Edge app has a shareable performance tracking option to help you stay motivated and accountable.
