For as long as I can remember, I've had a sincere "passion" for change and making a difference in people's lives! Fortunately, my journey has given me lots of opportunity to do just that.
For over 24 years in fortune 200 companies, I've worked with many talented, well-rounded and highly respected individuals and leaders. We partnered together to implement effective change across the organization and had great fun along the way. These partnerships gave me a unique look into the inner-workings of the individuals who were "most successful" at life and at work! Additionally, while volunteering to teach support groups over a 12 year period, I gained even deeper insight into human transformation. Finally, my consistent commitment to my own personal and spiritual development has resulted in a deep level of wisdom, emotional intelligence and compassion.
In life, social services and business alike, I experienced first-hand the tremendous power that relationships have in the change process. For instance, the relationship a person has with him/her self is the strongest foundation for change available. It is from this place (the "personal powerhouse" in all of us) that real and lasting transformation occurs! | |
| All along my journey (whether with my family, friends or co-workers), I have naturally played the role of "coach." In fact, I have often been called "Coach Kempski" by my closest friends and colleagues. This comes from being a genuine believer and supporter of others, someone people can be completely honest with, and a person who leaves people feeling better about themselves and more optimistic and clear about their future.
As fate would have it, I found my way to my true passion and became a Certified Life Coach and Per-K ® Facilitator! Each time I partner with a group or individuals, I fully leverage my 24 years experience coaching individuals, teams and leaders AND the techniques that accelerate growth and progress. |
